What we collect
Account details (name, email), order history, membership and rewards activity, and the state you're located in (telehealth is licensed state-by-state). Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
What we don't collect
Your medical intake, visit notes, diagnoses, and prescriptions live with your licensed telehealth provider (via Qualiphy) — not in HuliCare systems. We store only order and visit status references so we can show you progress and shipping updates.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information, and we never use your health journey for advertising audiences.

Prescription products require an online consultation with a licensed healthcare provider and are subject to medical approval. Telehealth services are provided by independent licensed providers via Qualiphy. HuliCare does not practice medicine; coaches are non-clinical and do not provide medical care. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA; supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Membership rewards are paid on membership fees and eligible non-prescription purchases only; referrers must disclose their membership (FTC 16 CFR Part 255). HuliCare is not insurance and does not replace your primary care physician.
