Telehealth Informed Consent
Draft placeholder — requires legal review before launch.
By starting an online visit you consent to receive care via telehealth from an independent licensed provider. Telehealth has benefits (speed, access) and limitations (no physical exam). Your provider may determine telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and refer you to in-person care. You may withdraw consent at any time. In an emergency, call 911 — telehealth visits are not for emergencies.

Huli means the turn. Coaching, daily essentials, and provider-led care for the healthier life you keep planning — plus a membership that rewards you for sharing it.
Prescription products require an online consultation with a licensed healthcare provider and are subject to medical approval. Telehealth services are provided by independent licensed providers via Qualiphy. HuliCare does not practice medicine; coaches are non-clinical and do not provide medical care. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA; supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Membership rewards are paid on membership fees and eligible non-prescription purchases only; referrers must disclose their membership (FTC 16 CFR Part 255). HuliCare is not insurance and does not replace your primary care physician.
